In this case, Uniquent Limited is acting as the joint Data Controller within the meaning of Article 26 of the GDPR.

Service providers.

Barbara Bang may disclose and share Your Personal Data to Data Processors engaged by us for providing services related to the administration of the Website. In instances where we use a Data Processor for Processing Your Personal Data, a binding Data Processing Agreement has been entered between us, the Data Controller, and the Data Processor to ensure that all Processing of Your Information is undertaken only for specific purposes and always in accordance with the GDPR.

If the service provider is established in a country other than EEA country and this country is not a subject of the Adequacy Decision of the European Commission, we use Standard Contractual Clauses to secure these transfers.
