The overall responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best consultants, while growing a talent pool for required competencies. A Recruiter will support in designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy and managing full-cycle recruiting processes. The position also requires a close collaboration with department managers & leaders in the process of identifying future hiring needs together with the HR Director.
